INVITATIONS
Before making or ordering your invitations, you must know how many people you are inviting, where your wedding is taking place, and what time. The invitation should complement your theme and style of your wedding.
RULES OF ETIQUETTE
The invitation should be issued by the parents of the bride. If however the parents are not alive the accepted order is an elderly brother, elderly sister, both grandparents, uncle or aunt, guardians, the couple issue the invitations themselves or the groom’s family.
When mailing the invitations, do not mail the invitations more than four weeks in advanced, however not less than two weeks.
Try to avoid abbreviations as much as possible. They can be confusing and misleading to some people.
